I started Vantage Logic because I've been on both sides of this problem. I founded and scaled a manufacturing company to nine employees and nationwide distribution, building the supply chain, production systems, and financial infrastructure from scratch. I know what it takes to grow a business and I know exactly where the operational blind spots hide.
That experience shapes everything I build. The problem is rarely the data. The problem is that the people running the business can't see it clearly enough to act on it. So I build tools that make the picture obvious, and simple enough that your crew will actually use them.
